How do I obtain my CME certificate?

To obtain your CME certificate you must watch the full speaker presentation by clicking on the video links below. Once you have watched the video, email Chris Stincelli at [email protected] to request the program evaluation link. Complete the program evaluation (administered through Survey Monkey). Your CME certificate will be emailed directly to you within a few days.
